Steph’s Stove — Making Memories One Dish At A Time. 🍽️ Homemade Fluffy No-Knead Bread 4 cups bread flour (provides a strong gluten structure needed for a high rise) 2 teaspoons instant or active dry yeast 1 teaspoon sugar or honey (to activate and boost the yeast) 1 teaspoon salt 1 ¾ cups warm water (warm to the touch, around 105°F–110°F) 1 tablespoon melted butter or vegetable oil (softens the crumb) Topping - 2 tablespoons melted butter (for brushing after baking) In a small bowl or measuring cup, stir the 2 teaspoons of yeast and 1 teaspoon sugar into the 1 ¾ cups warm water. Let it sit for 5 minutes until it looks frothy on top. In a large mixing bowl, combine the 4 cups of bread flour and 1 teaspoon salt. Pour in the yeast mixture and 1 tablespoon of melted butter or oil. Mix gently by hand using a wooden spoon or spatula just until no dry flour is visible (about 3-minutes). The dough will be sticky and shaggy. Generously grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan with butter, covering all sides and the top edges to catch any dough overlap. Use a silicone spatula to transfer the sticky dough directly into the prepared loaf pan. Dip your spatula in water to keep it from sticking, and gently smooth out the top surface of the dough. Cover
