Were Neanderthals Smarter Than Humans?

https://stickmanblueprint.com/ For a long time, Neanderthals were portrayed as primitive, unintelligent cavemen who simply disappeared when modern humans arrived. But the real story is far more complicated. Neanderthals survived for hundreds of thousands of years in some of the harshest environments on Earth. They made sophisticated tools, planned hunts, understood their surroundings, cared for injured members of their groups, cooperated, and even interacted and reproduced with Homo sapiens. So were Neanderthals actually smarter than us? In this video, we explore what archaeology can tell us about the intelligence of Neanderthals, from their ability to plan and solve problems to their tools, social cooperation, knowledge-sharing, and relationship with early Homo sapiens. But there's a bigger question behind all of this. What does "smarter" actually mean? Maybe the difference between Neanderthals and modern humans wasn't simply about intelligence. Maybe it was about population size, connections between groups, the ability to share information, and how knowledge accumulated across generations. Neanderthals weren't failed humans. They were a different human lineage that survived for an extraordinary amount of time, and their story may tell us more about human intelligence than we ever realized. #Neanderthals #AncientHumans #HumanEvolution #PrehistoricHumans #HumanHistory #Archaeology #Evolution #Prehistory #AncientHistory #HistoryDocumentary
