No humans or animals were harmed during the creation of these videos. ──────────────────────── ABOUT THIS FILM A live warhead is found inside a shipping container at the Port of Miami. It is armed and counting. It cannot be moved, and nobody can stop it. Twenty-four hours. One camera for every hour. At six in the morning a phone lights up on a cafe table on Ocean Drive and a waiter stops moving. By eight every tank in the city is full. At nine they are told to get off the island, and for three hours the causeways carry everything Miami owns westward. At noon the National Guard parks across the road and closes it. By two in the afternoon people are walking back into the city on foot, leaving their cars where they stopped. The airport shuts. A man asks where the nearest shelter is and nobody answers him, because there are no shelters in Miami. At seven in the evening a woman goes down on the asphalt and strangers work on her chest while others hold up their phones. The churches fill. A car park fills. At midnight the power goes out. At one in the morning an old man sits alone at his kitchen table with a radio. At four the bridge is a car park with families asleep inside. At five they get out and turn to face the east. The light that comes at six does not come from the sea. No narrator, no explanation. Only the cameras that were there. Made with Seedance 2.5 on Higgsfield, assembled and graded in Adobe Premiere Pro, finished in 4K. Which city should get its twenty-four hours next? Tell me below, and subscribe so you do not miss it.
