Description
In January 1999, Jacques Nasser took over a company that was about to become the most profitable carmaker on earth. Ford was closing in on General Motors, its trucks outsold almost everything on the road, and its new chief executive arrived with a plan bigger than any of them. But less than three years later, that same man was gone, the company was bleeding money, and Ford sat closer to real crisis than it had been in decades. So how does the man hired to make Ford unstoppable come this close to breaking it instead?
