Homemade Folding Soil Harrow, Tractor Mounted Land Preparation Rake

This custom-built folding land harrow is attached behind the tractor to finish soil preparation work after plowing. As the tractor moves forward, rows of strong tines break large soil clumps, level the field surface and pull out leftover crop roots and straw debris. The folding side frames can swing outward to widen the working width, and fold inward for easy transport on narrow country roads. Farmers built this practical implement themselves, tailored to match local field conditions, saving the cost of buying factory-made equipment. It efficiently smooths the rough plowed soil, creating fine, even seedbeds ready for sowing. Without proper leveling, uneven ground causes inconsistent seed depth and poor crop emergence. This homemade folding harrow handles heavy farm work reliably, tackling tough clods and clearing residue in one single pass. The solid welded frame stands up to long hours of field operation. It proves that smart farm innovation can bring big savings for smallholder farms. Watch this tractor pull the homemade folding harrow across the field to get the soil perfectly prepared.
