ASA Resin Ridge Tile Production, Making Corrugated Roof Ridge Tiles

This video shows the manufacturing process of resin ridge tiles, the matching roof accessory for synthetic resin roof tiles. The yellow resin sheet is fed into the forming machine, and the hydraulic pressing heads come down to apply strong pressure. Under precise compression, the flat plastic panel takes the curved shape of ridge tile, perfectly matching the wave profile of main resin roof sheets. Workers trim the excess material with cutting tools after molding to get neat finished edges. Resin ridge tiles are made with ASA weather-resistant coating, offering excellent UV protection and waterproof performance. They fit over the roof peak, sealing the gap between two sides of roof panels to stop rainwater leaking from the roof ridge. Compared with traditional cement or metal ridge tiles, resin ridge tiles are lightweight, corrosion-free, color-stable and simple to install. They can withstand harsh weather, heavy rain and strong sunlight without fading or cracking for many years. The whole forming process is fast and repeatable for mass production. This molding method guarantees consistent shape and size for every ridge tile. Watch how flat resin plates turn into finished roof ridge tiles in this factory production line.
