Description

On the night of April 13, 2024, Iran launched drones, cruise missiles and ballistic missiles from its own territory. By the calculation of Israeli defense analyst Uzi Rubin, from a hypothetical launch point a slow drone would take about eight hours to reach Israel, a cruise missile about two and a half, and a ballistic missile roughly 12 minutes. One sky had to answer all three clocks at once. Once the drones crossed Israel's border they had roughly 20 minutes left, the cruise missiles roughly six, so the intercepts had to begin far east of the border. Israeli, American, British and French fighters, two U.S. destroyers in the eastern Mediterranean, and Israel's Arrow system each took a share. The whole night, from more than 300 aerial threats to the record of the sky that stopped them, is in the full film (about 14 minutes): [link to the full film — add after upload] Sources · Israel Defense Forces — statements by Rear Adm.
