I Think I Found the Most Interesting FC27 Save!

I think I might have found one of the best Career Mode saves in FC27, and weirdly it’s a team I don’t think many people are even going to notice when they first load the game. Le Mans FC went bankrupt, dropped all the way down to the sixth tier of French football, and now after two promotions in two seasons they’re back in Ligue 1 for the first time in 16 years. That alone would make them a pretty good save, but then you look at what’s happening off the pitch. Their new ownership group includes Novak Djokovic, Thibaut Courtois, Felipe Massa and Kevin Magnussen, which sounds like someone has just randomly generated a boardroom in Career Mode. Somehow though, there’s actually a pretty interesting plan behind all of it. Le Mans aren't just some random club that have never been at this level before either. They finished ninth in Ligue 1 back in 2007/08 under Rudi Garcia, with players like Gervinho, Stéphane Sessègnon and Romaric coming through the club, while Didier Drogba had played there earlier in his career. For a relatively small French team, they became really good at finding players before much bigger clubs realised how good they were.
