Description
What do you eat when the power is out and cooking isn't an option?
In this video, I'm putting together one of the simplest no-cook emergency meals using three inexpensive, shelf-stable foods: peanut butter, honey, raisins and crackers.
But I'm starting before the emergency happens—buying the food, preparing it for storage, and putting it away. Then, when it's needed, I'll pull everything back out of the Grid-Down Kitchen pantry and turn it into a quick meal without electricity or cooking.
This video is also a little different from my usual Grid-Down Kitchen videos. I'm experimenting with a quieter, no-talking style that lets you simply watch the entire process from store shelf to storage shelf to the finished meal.
Would you like to see more Grid-Down Kitchen videos made in this style? Let me know in the comments.
