Description

Ankit has been investing in the equity markets for the last 15 years. In 2013, he invested in a microcap business at a market capitalisation of ₹1,000 crore. Today, that company trades at a market capitalisation of around ₹45,000 crore. His mistake was that he did not average up. Since he invested only a small amount in that stock in 2013, while he generated an excellent IRR, he missed out on creating significant absolute wealth. He corrected this approach in August 2020. He then ran a multi-cap Stock SIP portfolio for himself for five full years and documented both the philosophy and performance in detail here: https://zennivesh.substack.com/p/survive-to-thrive At Zen Nivesh, he is starting the Stock SIP portfolio again, with one key difference: a razor-sharp focus on microcaps. Portfolio, philosophy, and practice are detailed here: https://www.zennivesh.com/model-portfolio You can also explore our blogs here to understand the kind of businesses that feature in our watchlist: https://zennivesh.substack.com/
