Description
I wrote one page of rules. Claude Opus 5.5 turned it into a team: one orchestrator and nine AI agents. One night (and one morning) later, our survival game had health, energy, thirst and hunger, all wrapped around a compass. They wrote the code. I didn't write a single line.
In this devlog you'll see the whole build: the spec, the plan with contracts, the rules that let AI agents work side by side without breaking each other's code, the reviewers who found over 40 issues before I even opened the demo, the usage limit that hit at 11 PM, and the final survival stats running in Godot. Plus what it all cost: $214 at API prices.

ABOUT THE SERIES
From Code to Game follows two brothers building a survival game for Steam with AI as part of the team. It's set in the Beskids of southern Poland: exploration, survival, and some very weird things in the woods. We build it piece by piece, mistakes included.

What should the agents build next: real food and water, saving the game, or sleeping in a tent? Let me know in the comments.
