Five hundred and eleven days, from a plot of bare sand to a finished two-story house. The floor gets its heating before a single wall exists, the first floor goes up in aerated concrete blocks light enough to carry on one shoulder, and a whole upper floor is built flat on the deck and stood up by hand.
