"Creative" Dishes Made Chef Ramsay Almost Give Up Cooking | Hell's Kitchen USA

Hell’s Kitchen Season 12 Potato Dish Challenge, Season 12 Episode 3 “18 Chefs Compete,” originally aired March 27, 2014. Gordon Ramsay sends the chefs into a pen full of farm animals to dig up potatoes, three chefs at a time, until one team reaches 100 pounds. That’s only half of the challenge: each team then has to pick five dishes made from those potatoes for Ramsay to rate on a scale of 1 to 5. A sweet potato succotash, colcannon, gratin, gnocchi, potato soufflé, pierogi and a potato hash all end up in front of him, and one dish earns a perfect score. Watch the full challenge and see which potato dishes impress Ramsay.
