Historically Awful Opening Night Got Gordon STRESSED OUT | Hell's Kitchen USA

Hell’s Kitchen Season 12 Worst Opening Night, Season 12 Episode 1 “20 Chefs Compete,” originally aired March 13, 2014. Twenty chefs open their first dinner service, and nothing goes right. In the blue kitchen, the risotto is soupy, then peppery, a lobster tail is overcooked and scallops come out seared on only one side. In the red kitchen, a lack of communication leaves a lobster tail unstarted while the risotto sits ready at the pass, and Gordon Ramsay kicks three chefs out. When two more scallop orders come out overcooked, both teams are sent out, and Ramsay calls it the worst opening service in Hell’s Kitchen history. Watch the full disaster and see how every appetizer fell apart.
