Gordon Takes Everyone on a Special "Duck Hunt" | Hell's Kitchen USA

Hell’s Kitchen Season 15 Rubber Duck Team Challenge, Season 15 Episode 4 “15 Chefs Compete,” originally aired February 3, 2016. Gordon Ramsay takes the chefs to a local lake and gives them just 10 minutes to gather five rubber ducks, each one hiding an ingredient. Back in Hell’s Kitchen, the chefs have to turn what they found into dishes and go head to head, with Ramsay and Michelin-starred chef Josiah Citrin rating every plate from 1 to 4. Since the men have an extra member, they have to decide who sits out, and with a reward and a punishment waiting at the end, every point counts. Watch the full challenge and see which team handles the ingredient hunt best.
