The dough comes together fast with simple ingredients, and the shape is super fun to make. *Ingredients:* * Sugar - ½ cup (120 g) * Eggs - 2 * Milk - 2 tbsp (30 g) * Melted butter (not hot) - ½ cup (120 g) * Vanilla extract - ½ tsp * All-purpose flour - 2½ cups (300 g) * Cornstarch - ⅔ cup (80 g) * Baking powder - 2 tsp (8 g) * Salt - just a pinch These homemade cookies bake up light with a delicate snap on the outside and a tender texture inside.
