Description

A cyclone was closing in, the island airport had gone dark—and we had just 90 minutes to get the final evacuation aircraft into the air. With the harbour closed and roads disappearing beneath floodwater, emergency engineer James O’Neill must cross the island, restore the runway lights, restart the fuel pumps and clear the runway before the storm makes take-off impossible. THE LAST PLANE OUT is a fictional cinematic dramatization created for entertainment. Character scenes were created using AI, while genuine weather, rescue and aviation footage is used illustratively. The real footage does not depict the fictional characters or incident shown in this story.
