Every PERFECT 5/5 Signature Dish on Hell’s Kitchen (And What Happened Next)

Only 33 signature dishes across ten seasons of Hell’s Kitchen earned Gordon Ramsay’s highest possible score: a perfect five out of five. This video revisits every one, from Meghan Gill’s rainbow trout—the first dish ever to earn a five—to Heather Williams becoming the only chef to do it twice. It also covers Ryan’s Rice Krispies scallops, Mia Castro and Declan Horgan’s rare double honors, Season 22’s perfect-scoring final three, Season 23’s record seven fives, and the Season 24 dishes Ramsay wished he could score even higher. Some perfect starts predicted finalists and winners. Others belonged to chefs who never reached the black jackets.
