Why Do Black People Approach Everything Without Seriousness? In this video, I explored the proclivity for black people to be unserious and referenced a couple of African historical dictators. I contrasted the serious demeanour found in other parts of the world with our persistently jovial lifestyle, where both good and bad situations often turn into comedy. I highlighted a concerning colonial-era reality in which fewer than 10,000 British colonial officers ruled and enforced law and order over 37 million Nigerians. In summary, we are too unserious, and unserious people can't build successful nations because successful nations are the business of dedicated, serious people.
