For 30 days, I backpacked deep into a massive forbidden canyon, far from roads, towns, and civilization. This is Day 5 of the expedition, and the deeper I traveled, the more unbelievable the discoveries became. Hidden throughout the canyon were hundreds of ancient rooms, tunnels, cliff dwellings, rock carvings, pictographs, pottery shards, and arrowheads.
