Description

Joseph Laroche, the only known Black passenger on the Titanic, puts his wife and daughters into a lifeboat with one promise: "I'll see you in New York." Wayne tried to warn him. History didn't listen. As the ship splits apart and slips beneath the North Atlantic at 2:20 A.M., Wayne's watch fails him, until it doesn't. And where it throws him next changes everything. 📜 The real history: Joseph Philippe Lemercier Laroche was a Haitian engineer, educated in France, sailing home with his family for a better life. He died in the sinking and his body was never recovered. His wife Juliette and daughters Simonne and Louise survived and were rescued by the Carpathia. ⏳ Next Friday: Oakland, 1969. The Black Panthers. 📚 Study guides, quiz packs & more: blackfeelings494.store #BlackToTheFuture #Titanic #JosephLaroche #BlackHistory #TimeTravel #BlackFeelings494
