Knight Rider (1982), David Hasselhoff, Edward Mulhare Every episode began the same way. A black Trans Am racing down an empty desert highway. A red light sweeping back and forth across its nose. And a deep, calm voice promising that one man could make a difference. For four seasons, millions of viewers believed in that man and that car.
