📘 Get the Complete 3-Book Becker Protocol for More Energy, Clearer Days & Deeper Sleep 👉 https://beckerprotocol.com 😴 Drinking green tea every day and wondering if it is actually doing anything? Brewing it "gently" because someone told you boiling water destroys it? Tired of paying for the expensive tin and having no idea whether a single milligram reaches your bloodstream? ⬇️ Three short, food-first guides — energy by day, cellular defense & overnight repair: 🔬 https://beckerprotocol.com Food-first. Evidence-based. Explained honestly. Educational only — always talk to your own doctor. Less than a fifth of the green tea catechins in your cup survive digestion. That is the finding almost nobody mentions, and it decides whether everything else you have heard about green tea, EGCG, stem cells and cancer means anything at all in a real human body. In this video we start with the Ohsaki study out of Tohoku University — 40,530 Japanese adults followed for 11 years — including the result that never gets quoted, and then go through the absorption research from Purdue University that shows how a squeeze of lemon changes the numbers. We also grade all three claims in the title honestly, including the two that do not survive contact with human data. 📚 RESEARCH CITED IN THIS VIDEO: Primary Studies: - Kuriyama et al. (2006). JAMA. Ohsaki cohort, Tohoku University, 40,530 adults aged 40-79 followed 11 years: all-cause mortality at 5+ cups/day was lower in men (HR 0.88) and women (HR 0.77), cardiovascular mortality lower in women (HR 0.69) — and cancer mortality showed no significant association at any level of intake. - Green, Murphy, Schulz, Watkins & Ferruzzi (2007). Molecular Nutrition & Food Research. Purdue University. Under 20% of total green tea catechins survived simulated digestion; 30 mg ascorbic acid per 250 mL raised EGCG recovery to 54%, and citrus juice raised it to 56-76%. - Peters, Green, Janle & Ferruzzi (2010). Food Research International. In rats, green tea formulated with sucrose plus ascorbic acid raised plasma EGCG AUC from 61.0 to 181.8 pmol·h/L, roughly threefold. - Chow et al. (2005). Clinical Cancer Research. University of Arizona, 30 healthy volunteers: peak free EGCG in plasma was more than 3.5 times higher when taken fasting rather than with food. ⚠️ MEDICAL & EDITORIAL DISCLAIMER — PLEASE READ This video is provided for general educational and informational purposes only.
