Description

I turned one simple idea into a complete AI short film — from script and storyboard to consistent characters, 3D camera planning, video generation, and final edit. In this video, I walk through the full workflow I used inside RoboNeo, including what I regenerated when the first result didn’t work. Try RoboNeo here : https://www.roboneo.com/?utm_source=yt&utm_medium=kocl&utm_campaign=RN_Web_yt_0_aiminds&channel=hw Instead of generating random AI video clips and trying to connect them afterward, I used a complete AI filmmaking workflow that keeps the script, storyboard, characters, environments, camera planning, video generation, and final assembly connected inside one project. We start by giving RoboNeo a simple concept. Its specialized AI agents then help turn that idea into a complete script, break the story into a shot-by-shot storyboard, create consistent character and environment references, and prepare the visual assets required for production. I’ll also show you RoboNeo’s 3D Director Desk, where you can position characters and props inside a 3D scene, control the camera angle, framing, focal length, and tilt, and plan the shot before generating the final video. For video generation, I use Seedance 2.5 inside RoboNeo and connect the characters, environments, and props created earlier in the workflow. RoboNeo currently supports multiple AI video and image models, allowing different models to be used depending on the production requirements. Finally, we bring the generated shots together and see how the original one-sentence idea becomes a complete AI short drama. If you're interested in AI filmmaking, AI short films, AI video generation, consistent AI characters, storyboarding, cinematic AI video, or building complete films with generative AI, this workflow is worth exploring. Let me know in the comments which part of the RoboNeo workflow you want me to test next.
