Description
📌 DESCRIPTION
Your air fryer food comes out soggy underneath, dry at the edges, or with a thin line of smoke from the back. You pressed the right button, and it still went wrong.
I'm Kenji Nakamura, a retired schoolteacher from Nagano, now living with my family in Ohio. My first try filled my son's kitchen with smoke. Here are twelve small air fryer mistakes and a calm, low-effort fix for each: preset buttons, preheating, parchment liners, cooking oil and aerosol sprays, frozen chicken, reheating leftover pizza, and the safe internal temperatures for chicken, pork, beef, and fish.
You'll also find a no-scrub soak for the basket, a little mottainai and kaizen, and my grandmother's persimmons, which explain the most common mistake of all.
