Gordon Gets High Level Chefs to Judge So Called "Pro" Cooking | Hell's Kitchen USA

Hell’s Kitchen Season 13 Animal Pen Pork Chop Challenge, Season 13 Episode 6 “13 Chefs Compete,” originally aired October 8, 2014. Outside Hell’s Kitchen, Gordon Ramsay opens an animal pen and gives each team a job: catch a lamb, a pig or a calf, then choose the side dish to go with it. Every chef cooks their own dish, and each team puts forward its best plate of each protein for chefs Jon Shook and Vinny Dotolo to rate from 1 to 5 stars. Veal and lamb are close, and then it’s down to the pork, with a lot riding on one chop. Watch the full challenge and see which team can turn a pen full of animals into a winning plate.
