👉 THE COMPLETE GUIDE → https://docfederer.com/botox The page from the video + 50 at-home lifts, area by area: forehead, eyes, mouth, jawline. 👁 THE TRICK I MENTIONED IN THE VIDEO — The Morning Puffy-Lid Version For hoods that are much worse when you wake up and go down by lunch. Same moves, different order and timing: 1. The night before: put TWO metal teaspoons in the fridge (cold, not frozen). 2. At night, keep only the relaxing part: the brow press (fingertip between the brows, 5 seconds, release, 10 times) and the upward sweep to the temples. Skip heavy creams right around the eyes in the last hour before bed. 3. In the morning, before anything else, do the cold spoon: the back of the spoon from the side of the nose, along the top of the cheekbone, to the ear. 3 slow passes each side. When the spoon warms up, switch to the second one. 4. Then rest the back of the cold spoon lightly on the BONE under the outer end of each eyebrow for 10 seconds. On the bone only, never pressing on the eye itself. 5. Ring-finger taps around the bone, inner corner outward, about 20 seconds. 6. Finish with the cold rinse: 10 seconds of cold water on your face. Tip: notice what you ate the night before. A salty dinner makes morning puffiness worse for a lot of people. ⏱ CHAPTERS 0:00 Why your eyelids look hooded 2:44 It's not your eyelid: it's your eyebrow 4:21 The 10-second mirror test 5:17 The muscle that drags the brow down (and the nightly mistake) 6:26 The 2-minute Nightly Eye Lift, step by step 9:35 The one-page routine 12:09 When a droopy eyelid is an emergency 13:30 Margaret's story 15:31 Creams, tape, face yoga, castor oil 17:04 Tonight, in five steps 🌙 THE NIGHTLY EYE LIFT (2 minutes, after you wash your face) 1. Cold spoon sweep: spoon from the fridge + 1 drop of oil, nose to ear along the cheekbone, 3 passes each side (3 min, 4 times a week). 2. Brow press: fingertip between the brows, press 5 seconds, release, 10 times (1 min, daily). 3. Ring-finger taps: around the bone, inner corner outward, never stretching the lid (morning & night). 4. Upward sweep: between the brows to the temples, 5 times, then hold the temples 2-3 seconds (nightly). 5. Cold rinse: finish washing your face with cold water (every morning). Stop tonight: rubbing your eyes with your knuckles, removing makeup with downward strokes, and putting oil or cream ON the moving lid. The mirror test: lift the outer end of your eyebrow a few millimeters with one finger. If the hood mostly goes away, it's the brow (this routine helps). If skin still hangs on your lashes, that's extra lid skin: talk to an eye doctor. 🚨 DON'T WAIT — GET HELP RIGHT AWAY IF: • ONE eyelid starts drooping suddenly (hours or a day or two) • You also have double vision, a bad headache, a pupil that looks different, weakness in the face or arm, or trouble speaking See a doctor soon if your lids get heavier as the day goes on and improve with rest, or if the hood blocks the top of your vision (a visual field test can show it, and insurance often covers the surgery when it does). ⚠️ This video is educational and does not replace a medical consultation. If you have an eye condition, recent eye surgery or any doubt, check with your doctor first. #hoodedeyes #droopyeyelids #over60 #naturalremedies #eyelift #drfederer
