Description

👉 THE COMPLETE GUIDE → https://docfederer.com/after-60 The Complete Method, with Complete Health After 60 inside: the whole night routine from this video (the page you saw), how to time your water so you're not woken at three, and 150 remedies filed by what hurts, with exact amounts. ⬇️ THE TRICK I MENTIONED IN THE VIDEO → the clove rinse (if you wear dentures, or a whole clove is too strong for you) 1. Put 2 or 3 whole cloves in a cup and pour in 1 cup of just-boiled water. Cover it. 2. Let it steep 10 minutes, then let it cool down to room temperature (never use it hot). Strain out the cloves. 3. At night, after brushing (dentures OUT), take one sip and swish it gently around your mouth for about 30 seconds, then spit it out. You don't drink the cup. 4. You get the warm clove flavor, the extra saliva and the fresh breath, with nothing hard in your mouth. Throw away what's left and make it fresh each night. 5. If it stings or burns, add more water next time. Same safety rules as the whole clove (see below). 🌙 THE CLOVE, STEP BY STEP (tonight) 1. Brush your teeth first. 2. Take ONE whole, dry clove (from the spice jar: not ground, and never clove oil). 3. Put it under your tongue, or between your cheek and your lower gum. 4. Leave it 5 to 10 minutes. Press it gently with your tongue now and then. Don't bite the hard round head. 5. Take it out and throw it away BEFORE you lie down. Never fall asleep with a clove in your mouth. Fresh or old? Press one with your fingernail: a fresh clove leaves a little oil and smells right away. Gray, dusty cloves have lost their flavor. WHAT MANY PEOPLE NOTICE, NIGHT BY NIGHT Night 1: the warm, spicy taste, a light tingle and a lot of saliva. Night 2: a less dry, less sticky mouth in the morning. Night 3: the kitchen closes (the sweet craving after dinner loses its pull; it does NOT lower blood sugar). Night 4: fresher morning breath, and a sensitive tooth that bothers you less. Night 5: falling asleep a little easier, because the ritual becomes a signal. The clove is not a sleeping pill. ⚠️ WHO SHOULD NOT DO THIS (or should ask first) • You take a blood thinner (warfarin or any medicine that thins the blood): talk to your doctor first. Eugenol can affect clotting. • Surgery or a tooth pulled in the next 2 weeks: stop the clove 2 weeks before, and ask. • Itching, burning or swelling in the mouth: stop, you may be allergic. • Not for children. • Never put pure clove oil in your mouth: it can burn the gums. • Dentures: same rule, out and in the trash before bed. 🦷 WHEN TO SEE THE DENTIST OR DOCTOR • A tooth that keeps hurting, wakes you up, a swollen face or a fever: see the dentist this week. The clove soothes, it doesn't cure an infection. • A sore, or a white or red patch in the mouth, that hasn't healed in 2 weeks. • A mouth that's dry all day and night: take your list of medicines to your doctor. This video is general information, not medical advice, and does not replace a visit to your doctor or dentist. If you take medication or have a health condition, ask your doctor before trying anything new. More here: https://docfederer.com/after-60
