My brother worked at KFC and taught me this Air Fryer Trick! Now I cook it every weekend!

This amazing secret: Juicy chicken breast cooked in a deep fryer from my brother who once worked at the legendary KFC, and now this dish is a frequent guest on our table! The chicken turns out incredibly juicy on the inside and perfectly crispy on the outside, all without the need for excess oil or deep-frying. And paired with a zesty homemade honey-chili sauce, it's simply irresistible! For the chicken: 2 Chicken breasts (600 g /1.3 lbs). Sweet bell pepper. Olive oil. Smoked paprika: 1/2 tsp. Nutmeg: a pinch. Salt to taste. Black pepper. Fresh garlic. Air fry at 392°F / 200°C for 20 minutes. As for the sauce: Butter. Fresh parsley. Fresh garlic. Lemon juice. Flip the chicken. Mayonnaise: 1 tbsp. Ketchup: 1 tbsp. Whole grain mustard: 1 tbsp. Lemon juice. Ready to discover the next big hit for your dinner table?
