Description

I created a cinematic 3D monster fight using Tripo — from the first idea and character references to the final 3D assets used in the scene. 👇 Sign up for Tripo through my link and get 500 bonus credits: https://studio.tripo3d.ai/home?invite_code=scEXYm&utm_source=YouTube&utm_medium=kol&utm_campaign=kol_AiMinds26 Use discount code TRIPOCREW to get your first month of the Tripo Pro Plan at 60% off — only $8. This project started while I was brainstorming ideas with GPT-6 Astra. One simple concept stood out: what if two completely different creatures went head-to-head? So I decided to actually build it. The first creature is a dark speaker-headed monster with mechanical armor, large speaker elements, and green energy accents. The second is a CCTV camera monster with a surveillance-inspired design, red accents, mechanical details, and a completely different visual identity. Instead of modeling everything manually from scratch, I used Tripo to create the core 3D assets for the project. In this video, I’ll show you how I created: • The speaker monster • The CCTV camera monster • Multi-view character references • High-detail 3D models • Trees, rocks, and environment assets • HD Model generation • Smart Mesh for background assets • Textures and model settings • Model inspection and refinement • Export-ready 3D assets • The final cinematic fight sequence One of the biggest things I liked about Tripo is how much of the 3D workflow can happen inside one workspace. I could go from an image or idea to a detailed 3D model, generate different views, control the model settings, work on textures, and prepare the assets for the final scene without constantly jumping between different tools. For hero characters, I used the higher-detail workflow because the creatures needed stronger geometry and more surface detail. For background elements like trees, rocks, and debris, Smart Mesh made much more sense because those assets didn’t need the same level of complexity. The final fight scene was then assembled using the 3D assets created during this workflow. If you’re a 3D artist, game developer, filmmaker, designer, or creator experimenting with AI-generated 3D assets, Tripo gives you a very interesting way to move from an idea to something you can actually use in a larger production.
