Japanese Dipping Ramen a.k.a. TSUKEMEN | Would you Try This GOHAN?

Ingredients (Per Serving): - 130g Ramen noodles - 1 Egg (1 tbsp Mentsuyu + 2tbsp Water) - 50g Thinly sliced pork loin (Sauce: 1 tsp Soy sauce + 1 tsp Sake + 1 tsp Sake + 1/2 tsp Sugar) - Your favorite toppings: Ex. Minced green onion, Seasoned bamboo shoots (menma) - I use a store-bought soup for the tsukemen, but if you want to make your own, try mixing the ingredients below! Chicken stock powder: 3/4 to 1 tbsp Soy sauce: 1.5 to 2 tbsp Mirin & Sake: 1/2 tbsp each Bonito flakes (or fish powder): 1 to 1.5 tbsp (a generous amount is recommended) Grated garlic & Grated ginger: 1/4 tsp each (tube paste is fine) Sesame oil: 1/2 tsp -- In this short video, I briefly introduce simple side dishes, store-bought deli items (Sozai), and my daily meals in both English and Japanese!
