In Peoria, Illinois, police officers responded to a Walmart parking lot dispute over a shopping cart that escalated into a physical altercation between a Karen and a driver. What started as a minor disagreement about a cart left blocking a vehicle quickly turned into a wild confrontation, and thanks to a bystander who recorded the entire incident, officers were able to review exactly what happened. The Karen was charged with aggravated assault, and she was technically arrested for “doing too much” and was booked at the Peoria County Jail.
