The Forgotten Main Character of Magic: The Gathering

Jared Carthalion is one of Magic: The Gathering's ORIGINAL heroes, and totally NOT Aragorn. Even though he is a warrior, a secret prince, and eventually a multiversal Planeswalker whose ridiculously complicated family history helped define some of MTG's earliest lore. Born into the legendary Carthalion bloodline, Jared's life revolves around him doing his best to retake his family's legacy, his many adventures in the MTG comics, and how Geyadrone, that wild witch, seems to screw him over at every turn. Not to mention his many romances, family secrets, and the SHIVAN DRAGON! From Kristina of the Woods, Ravidel, Dakkon Blackblade, all the way to the massive Planeswalker conflict known as the Planeswalker War. Jared is absolutely one of the wildest corners of MTG lore that modern Magic fans may have completely missed… I know I sure did at first!
