As we get older, something unexpected can happen: home starts to feel better than almost anywhere else. In this video, I share my personal experience of rarely leaving the house anymore and why my desire to go out, travel, socialize, and stay busy has gradually changed with age. Sometimes it’s about comfort and peace. Sometimes it’s about energy, money, mobility, or simply realizing that we no longer need to do everything we once enjoyed. But there’s an important difference between being happy at home and slowly becoming isolated from the world.
