And let's be clear about something. A woman who knowingly invents an accusation of sexual assault or domestic violence can destroy an innocent man's life. A false accusation can damage someone's reputation, destroy their career, ruin their relationships, cost them enormous amounts of money in legal fees, and leave them permanently associated with something they never did. Even if the accusation is eventually disproven, there is no guarantee that everyone who heard it will ever learn the truth. The accusation spreads. The retraction doesn't. And that's what makes this issue so serious. Basic Logic examines why some women make false accusations, including revenge, personal conflicts, financial incentives, attention, and attempts to avoid responsibility for their own behavior. Whatever the motivation, deliberately fabricating an allegation is not a harmless mistake. It is a decision that can have devastating consequences for another person. And the damage doesn't stop with the person being accused. False accusations also hurt genuine victims. Every fabricated allegation gives people another reason to become suspicious when someone comes forward with a real experience of abuse. It provides ammunition for those who want to dismiss allegations without examining the evidence. A woman who lies about being assaulted doesn't help women who have actually been assaulted. She makes their situation harder. That's why accountability matters. We should take allegations of sexual assault seriously. We should investigate them properly. We should protect victims and ensure they can come forward without being automatically dismissed. But we must also protect innocent people from being convicted in the court of public opinion before the facts are established. Being accused is not the same as being guilty. Women are human beings, and human beings can manipulate, deceive, seek revenge, and deliberately hurt others. Pretending otherwise doesn't protect women. It simply creates a double standard in which certain people are treated as though their accusations should never be questioned. Evidence must matter, regardless of who is making the accusation. In this video, I react to Basic Logic's arguments, discuss the motivations behind deliberate false accusations, and examine how fabricated allegations can destroy innocent people's lives while making it harder for genuine victims to receive the credibility and support they deserve. Because justice cannot work if one person's word automatically becomes another person's sentence. And nobody should be allowed to weaponize an accusation without being held accountable for deliberately lying.
