What Happened to Galadriel When Frodo Offered Her the Ring?- Lord of the Rings Explained

Why did Galadriel refuse the One Ring, and what did she mean when she said, “I pass the test”? Galadriel’s encounter with Frodo in Lothlórien is one of the most memorable scenes in The Lord of the Rings, but there’s much more happening here than the films have time to explain. In this video, we’ll break down why the Ring was so tempting to Galadriel, what she could have become if she accepted it, why she appears as a powerful and terrifying Queen, and what refusing the Ring meant after thousands of years of Galadriel’s history in Middle-earth. Because when Galadriel says she has passed the test, she isn’t just talking about that single moment with Frodo. Her decision connects all the way back to the choices that brought her out of Valinor thousands of years earlier. #LordOfTheRings #Galadriel #LOTR #Tolkien #MiddleEarth Music by - Middle Earth (less loud) by Luis Humanoide 2 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=delK8nKRvUU&t=8s
