Jeff Goldblum Breaks Silence About Sam Neill's Final Words

Jeff Goldblum's tribute to Sam Neill was four words: "The next great adventure begins." But what actually happened in Sam Neill's final days — and did anyone see it coming? Ten weeks before his passing, Goldblum and Neill shared a stage at the Sydney Opera House. Just eight days after announcing he was completely cancer-free following CAR-T cell therapy, Neill walked out as a surprise guest at Goldblum's sold-out jazz concert. He posted about it immediately. Called Jeff a showman. Told everyone to go see the show. Then on July 13th, 2026, Sam Neill was gone at 78. In this video, we break down everything that's now on the record — Goldblum's tribute, Laura Dern and Steven Spielberg's emotional statements, what Neill's ex-partner Laura Tingle revealed about his final weeks on ABC Radio, what his Hunt for the Wilderpeople costar Rima Te Wiata told the New Zealand Herald, and what his agent of 19 years, Philip Grenz, confirmed about the real cause of death. Sam Neill beat one of the rarest blood cancers around. He was filming four projects back-to-back right up until the end. And then his body had nothing left. We cover it all. #SamNeill #JeffGoldblum #celebritynews
