Description

Homemade Caesar Salad — an easy Caesar dressing recipe shaken up in a mason jar, plus croutons from leftover bread. Let's get real: we had a fridge full of leftover main dishes and not a vegetable in sight. So I pulled out a head of romaine, some leftover French bread I'd frozen, and the things I already had in the pantry, and we made a homemade Caesar salad — dressing shaken up in a mason jar, croutons toasted in the oven. It's one of my favorite salads, and I think you'll be surprised how easy the from-scratch version really is. Jump on in and make it with me.
