Description
🍞 A BREAD FOR EVERY SEASON, FROM OUR OLD SICILIAN KITCHEN, IN SIX BOOKS 👉 https://nicoferrarokitchen.com/ 👈
The whole Sunday table, suppers for two, and a use for every crust left on the board.
Good bread makes a sound when it comes out of the oven. If yours never has, your dough is fine. You baked it on a tray.
Today the same dough, in the same oven, goes into a pot with a lid. And the right pot is probably already in your cupboard. For some of you it only comes out once a year.
There is one move in the last few minutes that almost nobody makes, and it is the one that makes the crust crackle. And there is a reason I often turn the pot upside down.
Tell me in the comments: in your house, who got the end of the loaf, and what did your family call that piece?
