Description

This onion is so delicious that I make it every week! No one knows this simple recipe! 📌 RECIPE: Ingredients: For the baked onions: 2 onions Olive oil 100–120 g tomato sauce Salt Thyme Red paprika Mixed peppers 50 g ricotta Orange pepper Parmesan, to taste 100 g mozzarella For the vegetable purée: 1 onion Olive oil 1 carrot 2 garlic cloves Salt Mixed peppers Red paprika 1 processed cheese portion 👩‍🍳 Instructions: Place the onions root-side down and make deep cross-shaped cuts, stopping about 1 cm before reaching the root. Transfer the onions to a baking tray lined with parchment paper, drizzle with olive oil, and bake. For the sauce, combine the tomato sauce with salt, thyme, red paprika, and mixed peppers. In a separate bowl, combine the ricotta with salt and orange pepper. Finely grate the Parmesan and prepare the mozzarella. Remove the baked onions from the oven. Spread the tomato sauce over the onions, followed by the ricotta mixture. Add the mozzarella and grate Parmesan over the top. For the vegetable purée, chop 1 onion and sauté it in olive oil over medium heat. Finely grate the carrot, add it to the onion, and cook for 3–5 minutes. Finely chop 2 garlic cloves and add them to the vegetables. Season with salt, mixed peppers, and red paprika. Mix well and cook for another 3–5 minutes. Coarsely grate the processed cheese and add it to the cooked vegetables. Blend everything with a blender until smooth and creamy. Spread the creamy vegetable purée onto a plate and place the aromatic baked onion with melted cheese on top. 🧅 Enjoy your meal! ❤️ Friends, if you enjoyed this recipe, please support my channel ❤️ 👍 Give this video a like — it really helps the video reach more people. 💬 Leave a comment and let me know if you liked the recipe, or ask me any questions — I’ll be happy to reply. 🔥 If you see the “Hype” button, tap it too — it’s completely free and gives the video an extra boost. 📢 Share this video with your friends if you think they might enjoy the re
