Detectives Realize Jealous Dad’s Horrifying Secret

In the early hours of May 30th, 1999, a brutal dormitory massacre shook Beijing, China, leaving eight young women dead. This week's true crime documentary video covers the chilling story of the Beijing Shijingshan Eight case—the most horrific mass murder in the city's modern history. With over 110 stab wounds, no forced entry, and zero fingerprints, the killer had seemingly pulled off the perfect crime and vanished into the night. What finally cracked this cold case wasn't a confession or a tip; it was a single red sock print left on a hallway floor, and a bizarre forensic anomaly that almost let a monster walk free. Join me as I unpack the timeline, the evidence, and the mind of the man behind the massacre, Zhao Lianrong.
