Description
Mississippi Mud Cookies — the Southern potluck cake turned into a big, fudgy cookie with marshmallows and chocolate icing.
If you've ever been to a potluck in the South, you know Mississippi mud cake is always on the dessert table. Today we're turning that cake we all know and love into one of the yummiest cookies you've ever had. We take one little shortcut with a box of brownie mix, then finish them the homemade way with toasty marshmallows, pecans, and a pourable chocolate icing. If you're a chocolate lover, this one is for you!
