Description
An on-duty police officer blew .391 on a breath test after witnesses reported a reckless driver in a marked police cruiser. Nearly five times the legal limit. So how did a uniformed officer end up here?
On July 4th, 2022, Eustis, Florida police received complaints about a car stopping in the middle of the street and running stop signs. When officers pulled the driver over, they found Oscar Mayorga, a 25-year-old Apopka Police Department officer in full uniform. He said he was on his way to work, but the story that followed kept changing.
In this video, we go through the real body camera footage and the incident report: the open beer can in the squad car, the three Benadryl pills, the "three tall boys," and the answers that shifted every time officers asked. We also look at what the department's own six-hour rule says, and what happened after the arrest. Pay attention to the numbers, because they don't line up.
This is an investigative true crime and police accountability breakdown built on real footage, official reports, and public court records. If you follow police DUI arrests, body cam investigations, and cases where the person enforcing the law is the one arrested, this one is for you.
