What can you build from a pile of scrap metal? In this video, I turn a collection of ordinary steel scraps into a useful homemade tool designed for accurate metalworking. I start by sorting the raw pieces and machining the parts that need to be turned on my homemade lathe. I also install the bearings and prepare each component for the next step. After the machining is finished, I drill the required holes and carefully prepare all the parts for assembly. Then comes the welding stage, where everything is joined together to complete the tool. Finally, I put the finished tool to the test and show how it works in the workshop.
