👉 THE COMPLETE GUIDE → https://docfederer.com/firm-skin The Complete Method: the full neck routine (the page you saw in the video), plus the face, hands and eye area, with the amounts and the step-by-step. THE TRICK I MENTIONED IN THE VIDEO → the winter version (for when the heating is on and your neck feels tight by the afternoon) 1. Soak a soft washcloth in WARM water (never hot), wring it out and lay it around your neck for 1 minute. 2. Take it off and give the neck one light pat with a towel, leaving the skin slightly damp. 3. Right away, your usual cream (a hazelnut-sized amount), always with upward strokes, sides of the neck included. 4. One-minute massage with the backs of your fingers, from the collarbone up to the chin. 5. Seal it: a PEA-sized amount of plain petroleum jelly, warmed between your fingertips, pressed on in small upward touches until there's a thin, even sheen. 6. On very dry nights, keep a bowl of water near the radiator or run a humidifier in the bedroom. 7. Protect the pillow: an old cotton pillowcase, or a folded clean hand towel over it. TONIGHT'S ROUTINE 1. Warm water, not hot. Wash your face and keep going down onto your neck. 2. Pat dry, leaving the neck a little damp. 3. Cream (hazelnut-sized), upward strokes, don't forget the sides. 4. One-minute massage, backs of the fingers, collarbone to chin. 5. The lid: a pea of plain white petroleum jelly (100%, store brand is fine, no fragrance), pressed on thin. A sheen, not a glaze. In the morning: rinse with warm water, pat dry, SPF 30+ on the neck and chest. THE 6 MISTAKES 1. Putting it on dry skin (a lid on an empty pot). 2. Too much. A pea is enough for the whole neck. 3. Hot water. 4. Rubbing and pulling downward. 5. Scented versions. 6. The neck folded down for hours: hold your phone at eye level and use a pillow that keeps your neck aligned. If you tend to get little bumps on your chest, keep it on the neck only. HOW LONG IT TAKES (HONESTLY) The shower test: after a warm shower, look at your neck from the side in good light. If the lines look softer while the skin is still damp, they are mostly dryness lines (group one): softer and less tight in 2-3 nights, dry lines less marked in about a week. If they look exactly the same damp or dry, they are deeper folds (group two): the skin around them gets softer, but deep lines do not disappear with anything from a jar. Petroleum jelly does not build collagen. WHEN TO SEE A DOCTOR Patch test first: a little on the side of the neck, wait 24 hours. Stop if you get burning, itching, redness or bumps. See your doctor soon for a lump in the neck, a gland that stays swollen, a mole that changes, a sore that doesn't heal, or any swelling in the neck. Don't stop any treatment your doctor prescribed. If you use oxygen at home, never put petroleum jelly on your face, lips or around your nose (fire risk). Ask for a water-based product.
