The Most Incredible Log House Ever Built | Man Builds Alone | Full Build

I built a bushcraft house on a mountain slope alone — stone border foundation, timber walls and roof, and everything inside made from what the forest gave me. The slope meant the foundation had to come first and come right. I laid a stone border frame around the perimeter — fieldstone set by hand to level the base and hold the structure against the hillside. Timber walls went up from there, fitted and sealed, a wood roof framed over the top with enough pitch to shed rain and sit solid through wind. Inside I built a sleeping platform under the roofline, a table, and a chair — everything cut from wood on site, nothing carried in that didn't need to be. A mountain slope, natural materials, and a bushcraft house that holds its ground. For business inquiries and collaborations: [email protected]
