We just attempted to make apple cider using only construction tools. I had no idea if this would even work wood chippers are designed to chip trees, not apples. At first the chipper kept clogging up, but eventually a ton of apple shot through. Next, I had one of my friends weld up a giant smasher attachment that I bolted to my skid steer. I used the weight of the machine to push all the juice out of the apples. Go big or go home- it definitely did the job! Now, I’m gonna show you how to make one of the best drinks I’ve ever had. First, add vanilla ice cream and apple cider. Mine had a little bit of pulp in it. Then you dump in a 5 hour Energy Caramel Apple shot for a refreshing caramel apple twist. Next, we added whipped cream and drizzled caramel on top with a caulk gun. Finally, I used a piece of 1” PEX pipe for a straw. This drink was delicious!
