Looking for a fast, high-protein meal that tastes amazing and saves time in the kitchen? In today’s video, I’m showing you how to make delicious, fluffy egg omelets in just minutes—perfect for a quick weekday breakfast or a simple, satisfying weeknight dinner!
The best secret trick? I’m showing you exactly how to cook TWO separate omelets at the exact same time in the very same pan! No waiting around for one to finish while the other gets cold, and no extra dishes to wash.
Whether you're looking to pack in extra protein or just want a quick, hot meal on the table fast, this double-omelet method is a total game-changer.

Recipe:
4 Large Eggs
Splash of Milk
Hot Sauce (to taste)
Butter (for the pan)
Fillings: Diced ham, chopped onion, and shredded cheese (use as much or as little as your heart desires!)
Step-by-Step Instructions:
Prep the Filling: Chop up your onion, ham, and cheese so they are ready to go.
Whisk the Eggs: Crack the 4 eggs into a bowl, add a splash of milk and a dash of hot sauce, and whisk thoroughly until fully combined and fluffy.
Melt Butter: Melt butter in your skillet over medium heat, making sure to coat the bottom of the pan evenly.
Cook the Egg Base: Pour the entire egg mixture into the pan. Let it cook until the eggs are set and the top is no longer liquid.
Divide & Fill: Use your spatula to cut the egg sheet right down the middle, creating two separate halves.
Add Toppings & Fold: Add your diced ham, onions, and cheese over top of each section. Fold each half over into a classic omelet shape, let the cheese melt for a moment, and serve immediately!
