What Enoch Saw Beyond the Gates of Heaven According to an Ancient Apocryphal Book

What Enoch Saw Beyond the Gates of Heaven | The Lost Vision Genesis Never Explained Genesis gives him one line: "Enoch walked faithfully with God; then he was no more, because God took him." No death. No burial. No explanation. But an ancient text — old enough to be quoted directly in the New Testament book of Jude — claims to know exactly where he went. Twelve gates set into the sky. A wall of fire standing beside a wall of ice. A throne no angel was permitted to approach. In this video, we walk through what the Book of Enoch says happened beyond those gates — the plea Enoch carried on behalf of fallen beings called the Watchers, the answer he never expected, and the reason this "outside" tradition still shapes how we read Genesis 6, Daniel 7, and Revelation 1 today. We're careful throughout to separate what Scripture actually states from what belongs to ancient Jewish tradition — this is not presented as canon, but as a window into how ancient readers filled the silence Genesis left behind. 📖 Want to go deeper into spiritual authority and ancient prayer traditions?
