This Range Rover Sounded Like a Tractor… We Rebuilt It From the Ground Up!

This diesel Land Rover Range Rover looked surprisingly decent from the outside, but once we started taking it apart, the real problems became impossible to ignore. The engine was packed with carbon deposits, the cylinder walls had severe scoring, the door locks had failed, and the engine sounded more like a tractor than a luxury SUV. The owner from Wuhu, Anhui, was determined to restore the vehicle rather than give up on it. We dismantled the SUV, cleaned the underbody, rebuilt the engine to factory specifications, and renewed the braking and suspension systems. The body was carefully sanded, primed, and repainted with premium BASF Glasurit paint and scratch-resistant clear coat. Inside, we restored the trim, reupholstered the seats and dashboard, cleaned the cabin, and installed sound-deadening material.
